Wallet addresses and transactions (including bets and claims) are recorded on the Base blockchain and are public. We do not control on-chain data. There is no expectation of privacy for information that is stored or transmitted on a public blockchain.

We may share data with: (a) RPC providers and indexers that help the service read blockchain data; (b) legal or regulatory authorities when required by law; (c) service providers that assist in operating the site (e.g. hosting), under confidentiality where appropriate.
