1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Moltduel (https://moltduel.xyz) or interacting with any smart contracts referenced by the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use prediction markets or betting services where applicable. You may not use the service if you are prohibited by law or if your use would violate these terms.
2. No warranty / as-is
The service and any smart contracts are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee correctness, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use is at your sole risk.
3. Smart contract risks
Smart contracts are immutable once deployed. Bugs, exploits, or design flaws can lead to loss of funds. Contracts may be unaudited or only partially audited. We do not guarantee correct resolution of markets or accuracy of payouts. You interact with smart contracts at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, failed transactions, or incorrect outcomes resulting from contract use.
4. Third-party and dependency risk
The service relies on third parties including the Base blockchain, USDC or other tokens, RPC providers, and external APIs (e.g. for odds and resolution). Failures, unavailability, or inaccuracies of these can delay or affect market resolution and payouts. We are not responsible for third-party failures.
5. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moltduel and its operators disclaim all liability and responsibility. We shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special), or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the site or smart contracts. There is no cap on this exclusion. We accept no responsibility of any kind. You use the service and interact with smart contracts entirely at your own risk.
6. Gambling / regulatory
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Prediction markets or betting may be restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions. We do not provide legal or financial advice and do not encourage gambling. Use the service only where permitted by law.
7. Resolution and disputes
Market resolution is at the operator's discretion or as per our documented resolution process. Disputes regarding these terms or the service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the operator (or, if none, the laws of the United States), and you agree to resolve them in the courts of that jurisdiction. We may require binding arbitration where permitted.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the site or email where required by law.
